indie Semiconductor is a fabless semiconductor company specializing in the design of innovative mixed-signal System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions for automotive applications. This position will support Symeo, an indie Semiconductor company, specializes in radar hardware and software development for emerging safety system applications, offering industry-leading RF and sensor technology that enables real-time position detection and distance measurement.
Job Responsibilities:
Consulting and support of customers and OEMs in the U.S. and other markets
Order acquisition, realisation of first-fill business with OEMs, securing and expanding business
Responsibility for sales in the defined business area, respectively the defined customers, OEMs and potentials.
Determination of market potential and target groups
Acquisition of new customers, product- and target group-oriented, in the steel industry and also in the other heavy industries (aluminium, copper, ports, agriculture etc.) through a broad base work and targeted approach to key customers.

Technically sound basic knowledge, in particular of radar sensors, acquired through engineering or technical studies or, alternatively, equivalent skills acquired in practice.
Intense commercial knowledge
Several years of experience in the sale of products and solutions requiring explanation and intensive consultation
Entrepreneurial personality, with a professional customer-oriented attitude, who is determined, persevering and confident in negotiations as well as cooperative and convincing
Conceptual, strategic and analytical thinking skills
Willingness to make decisions and personal responsibility
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Willingness for intense travel
Place of residence: Northern US or Germany
