indie Semiconductor is a fabless semiconductor company specializing in the design of innovative mixed-signal System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions for automotive applications. This position will support Symeo, an indie Semiconductor company, specializes in radar hardware and software development for emerging safety system applications, offering industry-leading RF and sensor technology that enables real-time position detection and distance measurement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team that is responsible for interior sales, product management and FAE sales support

  • You will be part of the industrial leadership team consisting of Product Ecosystem, Sales and Marketing

  • Grow your organization in headcount and scope

  • Goal-oriented and systematic customer and market development

  • Ensuring the technical and commercial support of our customers in close partnership with the service team, sales team and marketing

  • Controlling and monitoring team performance

  • Responsible for the customer and partner technical training concepts

  • Successfully completed university degree, or comparable professional experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in customer facing roles

  • Successfully worked in at least 2 of the fields of relevance (Product, FAE, Back office, Training)

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Eager to make decisions and take personal responsibility

  • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
