indie is an Autotech solutions innovator. We focus on edge sensors spanning multiple modalities including LiDAR, radar, ultrasound and vision for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), autonomous vehicles, connected car, user experience and electrification applications.
Focus of the position is the emulation of digital circuitry and processors on an FPGA platform. Key tasks are the selection of the proper platform, running the digital core and interfacing with it as well as supporting the implementation of the digital circuitry. This includes providing the entire platform for test and integrating it with other frontends and eval platforms. Further, basic programming of the platforms in plain C is part of the position.
Senior Staff engineers are expected to work across geographies with a high level of autonomy, identifying and requesting resources to finish their projects. You will participate in the development and evaluation of radar systems for advanced future radar applications.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop challenging and innovative RFICs in a fast-growing startup environment, where your contribution directly drives the success of the automotive radar team and indie Semiconductor as a whole.
Job Responsibilities:
Implementation of processing cores on FPA platforms
Selection of proper platforms and tool chain for processor modeling
Integrate VHDL/Verilog implementations and auxiliary functions in the FPGA
