indie Semiconductor is a fabless semiconductor company specializing in the design of innovative mixed-signal System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions for automotive applications.
This role is to be a primary point of liaison between indie's customers, and its sales, marketing, finance, and business operations.
Develop and manage short and long-term demand forecast based on customer and sales inputs for multiple product lines, BUs, and customers. Work closely with customers to get information.
Act as Sales focal point for Sales & Operations (S&OP) weekly process and strategic planning.
Process and monitor order bookings, delivery notes, and backlog and alignment to revenue targets. Track changes over time.
Work with customer procurement and program managers and internal teams to plan and execute on new product introductions, from sampling into volume productions.
Leverage relationships with Sales and Marketing to understand demand forecast drivers; utilize an analytical and data-driven approach to detect trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Work with Finance to ensure demand plan aligns with company targets.
Working closely with Operations, drive prioritization and fulfillment of customer requirements.
Supply chain support - be the primary communication conduit with customers for purchase order or forecast responses, new product introductions or escalations.
Assist quality systems team with regular internal and external audit and compliance issues.
Measure and analyze forecast accuracy and demand plan accuracy to drive improvement.
Provide quotes to customers based on established pricing agreed upon during annual negotiations.

BS in an appropriate discipline such as Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management.
Experience in Demand Management, Demand Forecasting, Sales Forecasting, Customer Service, or equivalent would be a benefit.
Experience working with Key Customers/External Clients, ideally in the semiconductor industry and serving automotive accounts. Strong relationship building skills.
Strong statistical/mathematical abilities and business acumen.
Can-do attitude and collaboration skills to work across multiple groups, at various levels.
Knowledge of forecasting/planning processes in relevant business domain would be a benefit.
Experience in business process improvement, including using and/or implementing ERP/CRM/MRP systems for demand management.
Ability to travel when needed.
