Senior Financial Analyst

indie is an Autotech solutions innovator. We focus on edge sensors spanning multiple modalities including LiDAR, radar, ultrasound and vision for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), autonomous vehicles, connected car, user experience and electrification applications.
Reporting to VP, FP&A, indie team is looking for a senior financial analyst to join our growing and dynamic group. The right person will thrive in an "all hands on deck" collaborative environment, loves finding innovative solutions, and can pivot quickly. The senior financial analyst will serve as the finance partner to business leaders and manage day-to-day budget planning, analysis and approvals for the European operations as well as support corporate FP&A activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Support annual operating plan, quarterly and monthly forecast process for indie’s European and US businesses
Lead regular reviews with functional business leaders on headcount, opex and capex plan to ensure spend is inline with AOP and forecasts
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper accruals are booked at month and quarter-end, and support AC606 process with project budgets
Manage project tracking process with engineering groups
Prepare monthly BU P&Ls including allocations and cross charges
Assist with planning and budgeting tool implementation and management
Develop and implement processes to reduce forecast turn around time and improve accuracy
Work closely with other finance team members to ensure timely consolidation of forecast inputs
Create and generate monthly management reporting packages, and other ad hoc reports

Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A or similar
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google G Suite
Strong communications and people skills collaborating with various teams across the company
Thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
FP&A experience in high tech industry
MBA a plus
ERP and planning system experience (Netsuite/Hyperion a plus)
Advanced financial modeling skills
Proven ability to manage complex, global projects across multiple entities
