indie is an Autotech solutions innovator. We focus on edge sensors spanning multiple modalities including LiDAR, radar, ultrasound and vision for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), autonomous vehicles, connected car, user experience and electrification applications.
The Office manager will be responsible for all HR and administrative matters related to the operation of the Argentina site . You will implement and drive policies, practices and initiatives that shape an inclusive culture, engage and inspire our employees and support delivery of our company strategy and vision in Argentina. You will form an integral part of our Latin America HR community and contribute to shaping and driving the people strategy for indie LatAm. You will also play an important part in building a strong employer brand for indie Semiconductor to ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent. Additionally, you will act as the office administrator supporting the indie Semiconductor Argentina team within the global ecosystem.
Provide HR business partner support to individuals seeking resolution to HR matters that arise including but not limited to performance management, learning and development, employee satisfaction and talent management working closely with the global HR team
Support the full lifecycle recruitment for full time, part time, contractor and intern talent locally to include job description creation, job posting, sourcing, resume review, phone screen, interview, offer extension, onboarding and off boarding.
Deliver a seamless and positive recruitment experience for all candidates.
Coordinate and manage onboarding process of new employees and support them throughout the defined onboarding period while adhering to indie’s global HR policies.
Ensure the appropriate handling of employee relations issues
Proactively assess employee development needs, make recommendations and implement sound solutions
Partner with the global HR team as needed on work process changes and change management associated with org design/redesign initiatives
Knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations governing employment (EEO, wage and hour, employee benefits, leave policies and practices).
Collaborate with colleges and universities to promote indie Semiconductor and to create a relationship that channels early talent candidates to the organization.
Provide support in compensations processes, development and implementation of benefits strategy, engagement program and the D&I Strategy, etc.
Provide overall administrative support to local leadership.
Perform office administration to include managing the finance, accounting, administration, human resources, legal/compliance, tax, expenses, payroll execution, information technology, travel coordination, event planning and space and facility management of indie Semiconductor Argentina ensuring the efficient use of allocated resources.
Ensure compliance and support audit reviews as need.

Previous experience in a senior HR position, working with senior leadership teams and contributing to the overall business agenda
Proven experience in implementing HR strategy
Excellent interpersonal skills, with high degree of integrity and trust, and an ability to influence and achieve results through others
Team player with a collaborative mentality and a service-oriented ethos.
Proven track record of attracting top tier talent
Previous experience working in a global organization and able to operate with an enterprise mindset
Experience dealing with ambiguity and developing trusting relationships with employees
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues.
Strong experience with LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Experience with technologies and tools such as Confluence, Expensify and NetSuite is desirable.
Familiarity with HR policies, recruiting practices and employment laws in Argentina.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
Experience in the semiconductor and/or software sector is desirable.
