Inside Sales Manager (Europe)

Job Overview:

Symeo, an indie Semiconductor company, is a developer and manufacturer of innovative radar devices for industrial applications. We specialize in precise sensor systems and robust radar solutions for position detection, distance measurement, collision avoidance, and telemetry. This position will report to our Symeo team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring technical and commercial support of our customers particularly during the tender and order

  • processing phases

  • Support to Sales for lead generation, customer acquisition and support of customers

  • Controlling of customer related business processes

  • Goal-oriented and systematic customer and market development

  • Execution of sales controlling using sales key figure systems, sales statistics and customer surveys

  • Support to planning and execution of customer events internally and externally

Job Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies or comparable experience and interest in technical contexts

  • Proven success in the field of internal sales

  • Experience in dealing with SAP Business One is an advantage

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Independent, structured, accurate and time-oriented way of working as well as assertiveness

  • Good sense of new potential business and a customer-oriented mind-set

  • Willingness to make decisions and personal responsibility

  • Very good communication, presentational and organizational skills

  • Experience in managing external service providers
