indie Semiconductor is a fabless semiconductor company specializing in the design of innovative mixed-signal System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions for automotive applications.
We develop custom and standard SoC solutions for automotive applications which integrate advanced digital ICs (Arm®Cortex® MCUs and/or DSP) with mixed-signal devices into a single System-in-Package (SiP). The mixed signal can include power management, RF, high voltage as well as high speed convertors allowing us to provide complete solutions to our international customer base.
Create test architecture and document test plan for integrated circuits.
Develop production test solutions for new Automotive product including SW & HW design, in order to meet cost, quality and timing objectives.
Develop and apply efficient test concepts, define and improve DfT, DfM approaches.
Bring-up new silicon at the production tester, support IC characterization and qualification.
Ensure the test solution robustness for sustainable manufacturing.
Release and update test solutions into offsite production test facility.
Set quality standards for test engineering documentation including Test Development Process of the company.
Actively look for gaps inside the existing test process, methods and tools and contribute to continuous improvement together with the process owner.
Enhance test software architecture.

Masters’s degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years relatedexperience
Knowledgeable in DFT and DFM concepts, IC product development and manufacturing process
Profundexpertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology
Strong background in IC bring-up, production and characterization test
System level & RF/SOC experience is a plus
Highly skilled in writing and debugging test programs and HW related issues
Competencies in programming with Scripting languages (ie., Perl/Python) and high-level languages (ie., C/C++ or JAVA)
