indie Semiconductor is a fabless semiconductor company specializing in the design of innovative mixed-signal System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions for automotive applications. We develop custom and standard SoC solutions for automotive applications which integrate advanced digital ICs (Arm®Cortex® MCUs and/or DSP) with mixed-signal devices into a single System-in-Package (SiP). The mixed signal can include power management, RF, high voltage as well as high speed convertors allowing us to provide complete solutions to our international customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years experience

  • Develop and document test plan for new devices

  • Design and debug test SW & HW for Production & Reliability

  • Debug new silicon

  • Bring quality and cost-effective test solution for mass production

  • Oversee test related activities (HW & SW) with both internal and external test house

  • Implement test programs, modify and release into offsite production

  • In depth knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process

  • Deep understanding of Digital, RF and Analog Fundamental, Design for Test and Manufacturing Concepts

  • Expertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology

  • Experience working on Digital, Mixed Signal, PMIC Devices with hands on VLSI ATE experience.

  • System level & RF/SOC experience is a plus

  • Strong programming skills for writing and debugging test programs and HW related issues. Competency in programming with Scripting languages (ie., Perl/Python) and high-level languages (ie., C/C++ or JAVA)

  • Preferred knowledge on V93000 SOC Tester – Smartest 7 or Smartest 8

  • Validated experience with test equipment (ie., oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc)

  • Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering with a demonstrable background in a similar role

  • You should be a standout colleague; work well independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
